Eurovision 2010
 

For those who sawed it I would like to discuss firstly about the winner! Germany was chosen not for the talent but for the geo-political situation cuz it's the richest at the moment in Europe!
I'm really prowd of my country for taking 3rd place!:happy:

Greece was the best.

(I couldn't find the Oslo version on Youtube but this is the song that we performed there as well)

Yeah... The entire Dutch population would like to apologize for this disgrace of an entry. Wasn't our call.

I liked Turkey's song a lot. Was refreshing after all the ballads.

Do people in Europe actually care about winning Eurovision?

Does anybody who watches it actually watch it as a serious competition?

I'm not to bothered about Germany winning the Eurovision...they still lost two world wars.

Mmm, get your facts right, they didn't start WW1, they where just dumped with war reparations since they where the last force to stop fighting.

On another note, I knew Britain wasn't going to win, any one think Turkey was pretty cool?

Anyway I liked the German song. I also liked Ukraine... And that Turkey group. The singer was kinda hot.


Edit: I found the Danish song to be rather crappy btw. I'm glad Romania beat Denmark.

This is the exact question that I was going to ask. I mean, really? Really?

We don't care. In fact I don't understand why we still participate. It's a useless expensive (not to mention unfair, because everyone just votes on the country next to them) contest that should be banned. Especially if we keep sending shit acts to it.

The girl that singed for for Germany was cute but didn't knew to sing or talk in english!
Russians had a weird song,sad dunno'!
Ukraine had that hot blonde girl taht singed and she really had a good voice!
UK dunno' why it took last place and I know that a lot of you here are from UK..

UK's song was... sorry.. .uh really crappy...

Anyway I don't really care who wins in Eurovision, but it's a Europe-wide television show, so it's fun to watch. Feels kinda big.

Of course if Romania won, I WOULD care about who won :D Cos I'm a hypocrite.

This is the first I've heard the the contest had even occured.

People make threads about it every year. Otherwise I never would have heard about it.

All I remember about Eurovision was a UK entry getting zero points, which they blamed on "technical problems"

Ha, we lost. Greece were quite good. That lady who sang about the peach stone had a magnificent cleavage. That double piano was awesome. The German lady was annoyingly Mockney. That peroxide blonde bloke was quite androgynous. Why am I watching this?

Those were all my thoughts on the evening.

I liked Turkey and Romania :)

Terry Wogan no longer commentates it, so i didn't bother watching. i don't think Graham Norton can be as sarcastic.

BTW, u remember that guy that hopped on the stage when Spain started singing? Hahaha that guy is famous for his courage and crazyness! He went on football courses,soccer courses,baseball,Eurovision(now),I think they call'em "Johnny Jump" at least, that's what was written on his t-shirt!
