Possible Oddworld Franchises
 

What Oddworld franchises would you liked to have seen that never came to fruition. I'll start with a miniatures game, how cool would that be? It in fact inspired me to work on some little computerised miniatures.

Online Games and a TV show would be epic

An online game would be pretty awesome, I don't know about a TV show if it would work but I think that would be good if they pulled it off, like maybe each episode about a different part of Abe's quests

I was thinking about a tv series that tells the story of Abe's Oddysee. that would be sweet!

I'd love to have seen a film and maybe some Oddworld set TV shows.

I'm still hoping the film will me made however, as it sounds excellent from that interview Nate did with Lorne.

The Tonight Show with Abe. Well either that or Oddworld on Ice.

Some kind of online game would be nice- and not beyond the bounds of imagination, either. After all, they considered making Hand of Odd years ago, and technology has improved since then...perhaps it's improved enough for OWI to make some kind of simple game without too much hassle? I don't know, I'm no expert on this kind of thing, just giving you my humble opinion

They did make some food packs, but they were limited merchandise mainly for friends of the company.

A Flying Slig like one of them RC Helecopters

I been thinking Oddworld would make a amazing Comic Series.

Isn't "interesting" a point of view?

Anyways, I think a flying slig RC would be great. It'd be funny if one could fly it around and throw little plastic bombs at other people. Then activate the slig laugh and fly away.

And, with comics, my problem is that each issue has to generally end with a cliffhanger. To me, it sort of hinders the story. I'd rather a graphic novel of Oddworld in anything. The story would be allowed to flow without interruptions.

I'd also enjoy highly detailed models of Oddworld characters and creatures.
