just seein if my signature worked...

aarrrgh!!! okay, again, i am asking HOW TO PUT PICTURES INTO MY SIGNATURE!!!!! Here's the picture. I made sure it was small enuf (if it isn't, tell me), and i made it in MSN COmmunities. Here's the pic :http://communities.msn.co.uk/HomeforallthingsOdd/shoebox.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=1
why isn't it working?!? Here's what i did:
i did th ubb code with the brackets, and inside i put that address followed by /banner.bmp (caz that's what it's called). WHY WON'T IT WORK?!?!?!?!?!?!
Please help me if you can!!
