Fraps
 

Well i was triying to make a movie with a pre registered version of fraps and it wont save any movies in abes oddyse or exoddus,can enyone help

I had the same problem. Fraps only records 3D games so it rules out Oddworld.

Erm, Fraps records your screen, to my knowledge anyway. The graphical style of the game is irrelevant in this case.

Also, I've seen AO/AE recorded with Fraps.

For some reason the Abe games don't register as programs for Fraps.

But it records your screen... Whether it registers the program or not should be largely irrelevant. Maybe you're trying to tell it to record the game when simply recording the screen is all that need to be done.

I'm not all too certain, though.
