sprite ripping
 

im making a new fan game and well i wanted to use the original sprites,but i cant find any good programs to do it i found something called animget but it doesnt work,plus when i try to make a sprite sheet or extract the sprite,he turns gray,so does anyone know how to do it.(this is my first time to actually do a ripping so even with the instructions it doesnt work :( )

Paul has been developing an editor for AO and has developed a way of ripping out the sprites...

well i was using animget but i do not know how this works,it should capture sprites only,not the whole background can anyone see this please,im new to sprite ripping...
