Blog comments?
How come Nikki can edit my comment in her blog but I can't edit anyone's comments in my blog? I thought we got rid of that thing.
Wassup with that? |
because you smell like fannies. you really do.
|
Cos I'm speshul ^^
|
She still has some moderator powers. They don't take them all away when someone stops being a mod.
|
I am not terribly comfortable with that idea.
On principle, mind. |
I didn't know ex-mods retain any moderating ability. As far as I'm aware they're allowed access to the Employee Lounge and that's it.
|
And surely only the blogerator and the admins should have special powers over the blogs?
It's not that I mind what Nikki did, I just mind that it can be done. |
Meh.. I didn't even know the possibility had been removed in the first place :p In fact I was hoping it would.
EDIT: Maybe it's just an error in some settings? I don't see how having been a mod could grant this ability, unless I'm in a different group that other members. Is there a group called "ex mod"? Maybe there settings are different there. |
I'm an ex-mod and I can't access employee lounge. Something is surely wrong with this forums iron-clad policies.

:
Ex admins get no el access. ... I may be totally wrong... |
Well, this looks like a cockup of magnificent proportions. Looks like Pilot was never registered as an ex-mod and ex-mods never had the power to edit blog comments* taken away from them. All fixed now.
* Which everyone originally had. |

Well then, Peter never should have given me the power to grant access to EL.
|
Umm. What about me? It's about fucking time, don't you think?
|
You're not an ex mod.
|
Beaten again.

Aw no more super-special editing powers for me! )= ... Evil Joe! |
Nate, you just made me REALLY HAPPY. I want to give this to you.
:) If you can watch a minute of this, I'll send you an even more special gift. |
