Your chance to have custom exoddus sounds!

Ok, heres the deal, in the attachment below, is an ogg file (Audio File, had to use cause of file size, and remember remove ttf extension off of attachment). in the ogg is the rawness of awesome odd sounds. replace them with your favorite program, and make sure you replace them and do not extend them. you must replace a sound with the exact SAME seconds. Remember, heres the tough part: only the first 5 people get it compiled. After this competition or watever is over. i will make a thread on how to make them yourself.

Now GO!

Another reminder, REMOVE TTF EXTENSION OFF OF THE ZIP FILE.

that zip is awesome but I still don't understand what you want us to do.

download the file, edit it to your liking, and i will put it in the game. as the sounds.dat file.

Oh alright, awesome

Presumably when the sounds are 'called' in the game, the code contains at least two bits of important information: the precise starting point of the sound, and precisely how long to play (or the precise end point of the sound). If that info were provided, it would be a lot easier for modders to precision-edit this file.

Just saying.

wow thats alot of clips in a short amount of time, but max is right about needing an effect list with time codes, which I imagine would be hellish to do

lol at abes noise at 7.7 seconds :D

Ooh, I've got a good idea. I've done the swap one way, so now I'll do it the other...

Yip thats whats in the VH files in some format or other (which in theory means you can make the sounds as short or long as you see fit)

Would it be at all possible to get the enoises pre-cut? Then we can just put them back together after messing with them.

Sorry about double post.

I couldn't seperate the sounds myself (waaay too fiddly) so I've just used this.
