Fullscreen -> Window?

How can I get it windowed from fullscreen-mode in AO and AE? I've tried DXWND-program and -w/-window CMD-params.

I remember there was already a topic, but I didn't find it by searching.

So you searched for threads in Oddworld Help containing the word "window" and didn't notice either of these?

I must have failed with that search, it gave me "no results" yesterday. Thanks man!

Edit. Shit, they don't work.

He already said that doesn't work for him.

Oh whoops, maybe he should say what OS he is using then since it works fine for me and most other people.

I tried to get Abe's Exoddus to a window size but it never worked for some reason.

Prehaps if you have the Steam version you can?

I don't think it should make too much difference (same exe??), is there not a -window command line option for the steam version?

Steam game exe isn't exactly the same - If yes, then there will by a possibility to run it without steam running :P But options such as -interline or -vstretch works well on it

Its interesting that there are actually functions in the game to set/unset full screen. But annoyingly changing the value passed to them causes the game to explode in bad ways.

Wow Oddworld dosn't like Windows dose it :P
