Slig fanart -Work in progress-
 

Alright, so I recently got back into Oddworld after digging out my old PS1 games (God, how I missed them.) and have started drawing a bit of Slig fanart.

He's very rough right now, as you can see, (Lacking fingers, a gun and any real detail XD) but I was wondering if anyone could give me some constructive criticism before I go ahead and finish, because it's no good trying to adjust things after all of the finer points have been drawn in, ey? :fuzsmile: Is there anything wrong with the proportions so far?

(Planning on drawing in the engine on his pants last, as well as the pipes running from the gas mask to the pants. I'm also sorry for the rough tentacles.)

Very good, but make the tentacles a bit longer, his back more hunched and that's all I can really think of. Then just add the detail. This is much better than I could ever do.

also i love the visor. thats my favourite type.

Oddey, thanks for the advice : ) I'll do my best to fix his back and tentacles. (I thought things were off with this, but I wasn't sure what)

Alex, Molluck; Thanks for the kind comments : D The old-school visor is my favourite too, I'm not that fond of the slig-goggles look XD Hopefully this'll turn out to be one badass slig. I'm so afraid of messing it up at the moment.

very nice :). Maybe tentacles can be a little longer and ribs are more visible. Then organic part of slig should looks perfect :)

Tentacles bit longer, spine more visible and the metallic legs straight. Then just make him look very damaged and the metallic parts almost worn out. Absolutely amazing IMO :fuzwink: Keep the good stuff up!
