Where would you most like ot live on oddworld,If you did?

For me,I'd like to live in Paramonia. :fuzgrin:

I would like to live in the Bonewerkz. Sitting on a dune eating paramite pies and drinking soulstorm brew would be a great experience.

There are mad mudokons with slingshots, deadly chasms, killer bees, land mines and sligs. I wouldn't call that peaceful :D

how did sligs get there if it's owned by mudokuns? (haven't played oddysey yet)

Id live in scrabania. Deserty place.

i'd actually live in Rupture Farms, work with the sligs, and drink on duty. the factory's so vast i doubt anyone would notice, or care.

Like Jordan said I wouldn't want to live on Oddworld where every little thing can kill you.

If I had to pick a place though it would be Paramonia

Netting a job in a Mud-free area would be ace. No guilt, that way.

Otherwise, motherfucking Mongo valley. The place is gorgeous.

I'd live in the FeeCo Depot. I'd ride trains all day long, enjoy the amazing architecture of that place and on a clear night I'd make my way to the roof and enjoy the view.

What was Phleg complaining about anyway about there being no more bones. From the looks of those screens they had enough bone powder to last them for centuries.

I always thought if I were a rich and successful Glukkon like Molluck, I would retire to a luxurious log cabin mansion on the Mongo Valley, right on the edge of the river. Similar to those ones the retired executives have at Yosemite on the lakeside.

It would be so awesome. You could be right on the edge of the river with a view fully overlooking the cliffs and rocks, the wonderfully creepy birds of Oddworld singing, occasionally seeing a wild Sleg or some Gabbits nesting whilst you're sat out on your balcony smoking your cigar with a cup of coffee in the morning, having your Slig tipping it into your mouth, refusing to remove the cigar, forcing it all to dribble down your designer Glukkon Pyjamas.

I think the Mongo Valley, particularly the wilds near New Yolk City, although possibly somewhere a bit more out of the way, like the location of the Doc’s office, would be the best place to live on Oddworld from what we’ve seen. It is a settled area where Clakkerz have chosen to live because it is a relatively safe area. Of course there’s the possibility of Outlawz, but providing you keep out of their way they’re most likely going to keep out of yours.

The danger of Fuzzles etc. is a danger you’re probably going to come across in most places on Oddworld, and isn’t much of a major danger providing you’re not going to trek out all the time or leave your front door wide open all day.

The Mongo Valley is a beautiful place. Not as beautiful as Paramonia I suppose, the Paramonia screens in AO are amazing, but Paramonia just isn’t suitable for civilised people to set up a home.

Scrabania because it looks nice and warm plus it's a desert so it's like dry heat unlike Paramonia which just looks humid.

If it wasn't for all the danger, Paramonia or Last Legs.

I always thought of Paramonia as a cool pine forest. A treehouse wouldn't be out of the question if you had bee spray.:D

Paramania or Scrabmania. If it were to be Scrabmania I would constantly play the Scrabmania theme to complete the look.

Thanks, i havn't played the first Oddworld in about a year and a half so I'm a little rusty. I'll find the discs and give it a whirl some time soon though.

I'm imagining Scrabmania being said in a Geordie accent, man!
