How Fast Can You Beat The Games?
 

Just as the title says how fast can you beat the various games?

I can finish AO in about two to three hours IF I don't make an effort to save anyone, its around three and a half to four hours if I save just enough to get the good ending.

AE I can finish in a day with all 300 rescues, if I do only that all day :p if I take a couple of breaks I can have it fully finished in two.

MO usually takes two to three days with every save mainly because I get too bored with the game to do it all in one sitting. If I really tried and spent the the day only playing that I could probably have it done in a day or two for both endings.

It all depends on how many mudokons/fuzzles you save. I know what you mean about getting bored with MO. If your going for perfect quarma it can get really frustrating.

Just over three hours with 68 saved in Abe's Oddysee. I never counted in AE because I cannot seem to find this one last mudokon and spend most of my time growling over that.
Munch's Oddysee...always spread over several days because it gets frustrating after some time.

Usually takes me 3-5 hours worth of gameplay to finish the games. Slightly longer if it's a 100% save. I still haven't managed it with AO unfortunately.

Last time I played them through, I finished both AO/AE in a week (100% saves). Of course I didn't play 24/7.

Takes me a couple of days if I really want to do it. If I'm doing it for any other reason, it can take even longer.

AO takes me about an hour to complete tops, that includes going for perfect quarma. AE takes about roughly 1 and a half to 2 hours, MO takes me about 2 hours, and SW can take up to days depending on my will to finish it.

I do not rush through the games. I stroll along Oddworld, taking in every glorious screen like I'll never see a glorious screen again.

AO, AE and SW are eye candy to the player. So much detail and imagination has gone into each screen, it would be a shame to speed past it missing it all.

The quickest I have ever completed an Oddworld game in was 2 weeks, with Strangers Wrath. To most people this is an extraordinary amount of time to complete a game in, but I was so focussed on making the most of the game.

I dont actually know really, but like fuzzle guy said i also like to take my time with good games, oddworld especially.

if you were to use the it_is_me_your_father cheat for AO on pc and save like only 10. It would take you just a couple of minutes.
Edit: I could do it if I wanted but it's to boring.

1 weeks the record, but thats me trying to save em all.
i've ran through Necrem without dieing. it was hard

It would probably take me DAYS or WEEKS to finish any one of the games. Not that I'm slow, it's just that when I do play it's just for a hour or so and I don't get that far. Stranger's Wrath I've had for a year and I still haven't beaten. I've restarted it about five or six times because I can't get boilz booty alive. He's one hard bastard to kill/capture alive.

Few weeks probs

Well I did Exoddus in about 2 /3 days (I think), playing about 66% of each day. That was getting all 300.

If 'the game' is some kind of metaphor, I can get sticky fingers in under 2 minutes.

It takes me a pretty long time to beat it since I die alot :(
