Greetings! I'm new here (if that's not obvious), my name is Artemis but most folks just call me Artie :)

I've been into Oddworld since...oh, I guess 1997 when Abe's Oddysee came out. I can't recall why my family picked it up, exactly, but we did and we all played it and it was a huge hit for everyone (that being me, my sister, my two brothers, and my mother). We adored the game, my little brother even grew his hair out and insisted he have it put up in a ponytail just like Abe. We picked up Exoddus as soon as it came out and enjoyed that even more.
But because of the big gap between Exoddus and Munch's Oddysee we kind of lost interest (well, I still wanted it when it came out, but we didn't have an Xbox at the time). We did eventually pick it up, as well as Stranger's Wrath years later.

So, yeah, life-long fan here XD I used to belong to an Oddworld forum back in 2000/2001, but I've long forgotten which one.

I look forward to chatting with y'all :)

*BRRAAHHEMM!!* Cool story. I really don't think anything will improve upon the archetype that the original two Abe games left us with. They're still my favorites. :)

Welcome to the forums, I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay. Make sure that you continue to post in real English, use the edit feature, search for already-existing topics, and don't do multiple consecutive posts. That way, you shouldn't piss anyone off.

Pilot: Yeah, I'm bias toward the earlier games too. They're just so great. I do adore Stranger's Wrath, though, but I prefer the heavy puzzle element present in Abe's games.

OddjobAbe: Oh, no need to worry about me. I'm new to this forum but I've been foruming my whole internet life. I was even a moderator of one of the major Silent Hill forums a few years back, so I'm well versed in forum etiquette. I do appreciate the advice, though :)
