Ever wonder how the Glukkons became dominant over oddworld when they have no arms to do anything.....on to the question, wait, how do you think the Glukkons conquered over sligs an etc. for their use?

Glukkons do have arms. They walk on their hands, and their feet dangle at elbow level because they have such tiny legs. The clothing they wear makes them look as if they have no arms.

The workers Sligs wouldn't work for the Glukks if they had a choice, but they don't. Queen Skillya was the only evil Slig Queen (all her sisters were nice), and she became tempted by the Glukkons' large amounts of money, and made a deal with them; the Glukks killed all her sister Queens so that Skillya would have no competition, and she supplied the Glukks with Slig slaves. And if the Sligs rebel, they get in trouble with Skillya. So that's why they work, even though the poor things get a really bad deal out of it.

The Glukkons became powerful in the first place because their only real competition was the Muds, who didn't realise how powerful they actually were, and so were easily overthrown.

Have some sympathy for the Glukks, though. They only became so bitter towards the Muds when the handprint appeared on the moon, which made the Muds claim that the moon was theirs and that they were the dominant species. Imagine how devastating that would feel to the Glukkons, who had the moon as one of the central parts of their religion at that time.

yup. Yeah, I wonder. A slig can just shoot them. What can a glukkon do? Have telepathic head brain power? Oooooo. Reminds me of A Bug's Life Movie with the ants and the grasshoppers.

if the sligs shoot any glukkons, the other glukkons tell skillya. the sligs that shoot any glukkons get in deep trouble with skillya.

Yes, I believe Middlesboogie explained it all. I have sympathy for them, though, because the Muds beat 'em up or whatever for their beliefs, so it is natural, I guess, to hold a deep grudge over that.

Skillya is a Slig Queen. So far OWI has released very few lines of information about the Slig's mommy. No picture was released so far, and chances are that we will hear more about her when Munch's Exoddus, the next adventure of the Gabbit guy, finally come out.
