Well...its a Glukkon picture

I was nudged into posting this here by a friend, despite the fact that I have not finished it. Well, what can I really say, it is a Glukkon. I like Glukkons so I draw them. Specifically this is meant to be Guekko, my little limpy Glukkon that I roleplay with my friend. I...will finish it someday (he really needs his cloth and his oversized claws finished) when I find my original file. So for now, this is what you get.

Wow, looks like a native glukkon :p

Guekko 05-11-2009 04:48 AM

Hmn, maybe spending that time with those native muds rubbed off on him then :p

Crashpunk 05-12-2009 07:24 AM

Thats probberly what a Glukkon would look like before they turned all evil. I heard the Glukkons were once a Native race like the Mudokons.

Anyways... Good picture!

Guekko 05-12-2009 10:29 AM

Well, maybe not so scarred, limpy and with huge claws like him, but maybe ^^
Thank you

scipionyx 05-12-2009 02:08 PM

hey this is great n__n

keep up the good art :D

Guekko 05-13-2009 03:37 AM

Thanks :3 I try anyway

AlexFili 05-13-2009 05:16 AM

It would be funny if someone made a Full Metal Alchemist parody with Glukkons :D

Guekko 05-13-2009 07:13 AM

FMA with glukkons... *tries to imagine a glukkon with automail* Ohgeez ^^;

Crashpunk 05-19-2009 08:03 AM

A glukkon with ARMS! yeah i knows

bobtheguy 05-28-2009 07:53 PM

it's good but why does it have hands?

MA 05-29-2009 06:10 AM

thats what the glukkon anatomy looks like. Their hands go in their shoes.

good work Guekko.

STM 05-30-2009 04:29 AM

Nice one, have you got the Oddworld book, you should see the glukkons on that, there are native glukkons maybe you could add an ologer 2

bobtheguy 05-31-2009 04:30 PM

also why is there a wing on it's back? by the way I like it :D Iv'e never seen a native glukkon before

bobtheguy 05-31-2009 04:53 PM

its not, its just a lighter colour

bobtheguy 05-31-2009 06:24 PM

Guekko is that thing on the glukkons back a tail or a wing?
by the way I like your glukkon fan art :D

BlackVenom 06-09-2009 08:14 AM

Hmm... I wonder how Glukkons managed to dominate the food chain with no arms? Really leaves me running around in circles. (sometimes literally running around the room in circles!)

moxco 06-09-2009 01:26 PM

Oho, Here comes another female member. Shes probably going to get creeped out by us.

joshkrz 06-09-2009 01:31 PM

Well, she must of been a guest for a while so I'm sure she's indirectly used to us. :D

Its a cape, how can you not see that?

joshkrz 06-09-2009 01:40 PM

I... don't... really... know...

Sorry Guekko, I didn't mean to insult the drawing, it's really good, I'm just art illiterate.

Thanks Mr Odd, now you mention it I can see it.

Guekko 06-14-2009 10:40 PM

It is a cape, I just haven't finished colouring it yet, is the same reason why he is missing his claws. Guess I should have included the original scribble, at least it would have been made more obvious then. Old glukkon scratching

moxco 06-14-2009 11:56 PM

I think it looks better uncoloured.

joshkrz 06-15-2009 03:51 AM

Yes it does. I can see that's a cape now.

Guekko 06-15-2009 02:41 PM

The difference is of course that one has all the detail on it but no colour and the other is coloured but unfinished because I cannot find my colouring file. Nyah, perhaps I should move onto that other idea I had with this guy...though it means learning how to draw steef, never done that before

joshkrz 06-15-2009 02:52 PM

Can you draw things by hand then put them into digital drawings?

moxco 06-15-2009 09:51 PM

If drawn properly, Steef are one of the the best looking OW creatures IMO.

Guekko 06-15-2009 11:58 PM

I can do easily, but as I am of complete lacking of a scanner, it isn't really possible anymore. That glukkon was the last thing I managed to get through a working scanner...and it is over a year old now. I usually pull out microsoft paint and doodle in that. Last shape I drew that was near steef-like sort of...looked odd
