Duke Nukem: Never
 
The ever so highly anticipated game Duke Nukem Forever, which has been in development for over 10 years now, will never see daylight.

Today it was announced that developer 3D Realms had to shut down due to financial struggles. Take-Two, who is the publisher and investor in Duke Nukem Forever confirmed that they are no longer willing to put money into the project and this in turn meant the death for the entire company.

Duke Nukem R.I.P. One of the most classic game characters ever.

DNF publisher Take-Two Interactive, in response, stated that they still hold the publishing rights for Duke Nukem Forever

They released a trailer and screenshots, and wanted to be cool so they didn't 'release the other content'.

$20 that all they did was pretend to be working on it to get some publicity.
