HQ Stranger's Wrath Video Walkthrough
 

For those who like watching games on YouTube for whatever reason, or those that need help with Stranger, I found a high-quality walkthough of the beginning of Stranger on YouTube. :) It's complete with optional HQ, original, stereo sound, and FMVs. And if you need help with the game, the video uploader provided hints with annotations (though you can turn them off).

Might also be interesting for those who haven't had a chance to play this amazing game yet and wanna see the beginning. :) Thought that maybe some people here may be interested.

This would be a great way to entice newbies. It's such a shame that the only company that is doing perfect backwards compatibility is Nintendo. Sony and Microsoft should really take a leaf out of their books :D

People might get to play SW and MO if they come to Steam!

Weren't you one of the people that left after WWIII? Aaaannnnnnyyyyyyyy; I've seen that before, it's quite usefull.

I haven't played SW yet so it might come in handy...

I wanted to ask. What is the Slig in your avatar? Is it a user-created 3D model?

It's old - A screenshot of a user-created model for Quake III Area. If you have Quake III, the model can be found here if you scroll down the page a little way. Or you can search for "Slig" on that page (Ctrl + F).


I'd hardly would've called it WWIII. :P But yeah. Occasionally I come back when I find Oddworld gems like this one or want to check in on what remains of the old community here.

And I agree with that. It's a shame that SW was released on the old X-Box shortly before people stopped making games for it. I really hope OWI will do a PC port to release on Steam - SW is not the best 3D shooter in the world but it is still an awesome game and really does deserve to be made available for and be played by more people while not requiring an old console to play it on.

Wow did you know there is an Abe skin with about 5 different skins? Including Big Face and a Blind mudokon?! :D We could seriously do a Slig VS Mudokon deathmatch! I'll organize a game sometime!
