Which do you prefer? Scrab or Paramite? Scrabania/Paramonia or Necrum Vaults?
 

I wonder, how many people here like Paramites compared to Scrabs.
I like Scrabs because they are red. They are also pretty strong and fun to possess. What do you think?

i think scrabs are better fun when you possess them but paramites beat scrabs in funnyness i love their cute lil faces lol so overall i vote scrabs :fuzgrin:

They do make some funny noises, their gamespeak is funny as well. They are pretty stupid though (throw a piece of meat off a cliff and they jump after it).

By what parameters are we comparing the two?

I prefer paramites, because their behavior is very realistic. They only attack in pairs or groups like many real animals do. They can also move more around, because they have the ability to climb. Scraps are fun too, but they are simplier and easier to handle IMO.

They are equally as good as each other. But if I was face by one I would go for Paramite. Less terrortorial. For paramite: One can be fun, two you better run :D

I like Scrabs. More powerful and look more threatening.

They aren't evil. They're just very protective of their territory, hence why they are threatening.

Glad to have so many responses to this topic. By the way, what do you think of the AE Paramite/Scrab areas compared to AO?

I found the AO ones harder due to not being able to possess the Scrabs and Paramites. I think they're placed well and are pretty difficult to get by. :p

The AO ones had many more Sligs and those flintlocks, and the AE ones contain a lot of fleeches in both. The ghost traps and invisibility make the AE ones quite fun.

I would say that I prefer Paramites, they just "get to me" more than Scrabs do.

Scrabs are the best, Scrabania was longer than Paramonia and there were more hub doors in the Scrabanian Temple than in the Paramonian one. Also nothing is stronger than a scrab, except another scrab.

I've always found Scrabs to be awesome. I'm not sure how it started, but I really like Scrabs. They're even cooler to possess!

But when I played some games with Scrabs in them, such as the GBA version of Munch's Oddysee, I was really let down. They became useless as possessed creatures, so I would just stop possessing them. Even worse was the fact that they only appeared in one level. :fuzemb:

I still think Scrabs are cool, though.
