Slig Management Game
Hi everyone, just thought i'd show you my Slig Management game.
Content wise it's pretty much complete, but it could use a bit of testing. I'll try and animate the mudokons and scrabs a bit better in the next release. Instructions on the deviantArt page, enjoy! http://alexfili.deviantart.com/art/S...e-v2-114876616 |
Hmmm.... Its a good start but is fairly repetetive.
Bah who am I to complain, I couldn't do any better. Keep working on it!! ABM |
What about the game itself, is it simple enough to understand?
|
Oh yes, of course, although after all of my sligs had the best gun and the canteens and slot machines were the best possible I ran out of things to do, but its still quite good.
ABM |
Hmmmm... I guess I need to think of a few other ways of making the game interesting. Any suggestions?
|
More involvement for the player and more information when in battles.

Loving the games! Sligs for the win!
(Even though HOW THE HELL DO YOU PLAY THE GAME! XD) |
Repetetive but interesting at the same time. At some point it just seems to be silly to carry on.
It's hard to think of some way to improve this though. An game that's fun for a while and gets a little too repetetive.:D Carry on somehow. |
I guess there is no true feeling of immersion as in AO/AE...
|
To make it more interesting try adding fighting animations. That could be quite difficult though. But good job anyway.
|
That's just graphics though, it doesnt add to the gameplay at all.
|
Hey cool :D keep it up!
I'm getting into flash animations at the moment and all I can say is that it's hard =_= |
I actually find animation quite easy. It's the process of making an animatable object that proves tricky. For example, how much do you break down each limb? finger? etc...
|
Make a super smash bros./Tekken Slig game!
|
I'll think about it ;)
