:D my 2nd best game! what do you lot think of the Classic PS1 games Crash Bandicoot (Not the new Wii ones they suck sooooooooo much :P)

I played the Xbox game "Wrath of Cortex". It was alright.

Wrath of Cortex wasn't the best

My favourite was Crash Boom Bang.

I couldn't stand any of the Crash games. There was just something about them that I did not like.

Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped and Crash Team Racing are some of my favourite games for the Ps1. I still have them (except CTR) and I occasionally still play them.

I finished all of them except CTR (I only had one more race to win until 100% when I stopped playing for reasons I can't remember) to the highest point possible. I didn't get all the platinum relics on Warped, however you only needed gold relics to get the full 100% anyway.

In my family with all my cousins, we had the greatest fun with those games. Good times.

Same, except I completed Crash 3 105% and CTR 101%. =P</sad>

Yeah, I used to be hugely into Crash. I loved the Naughty Dog titles, but after Crash Bash, Wrath of Cortex and Nitro Kart I thought the series was doomed. Then Twinsanity came along and it was the best yet, followed by the acceptable Tag Team Racing. The next two titles by Radical were dire. I wish they’d never gotten to keep Crash when Traveller’s Tales made clearly superior games. Now I just couldn’t care less.

I thought that all the games after Crash Bash were disappointing. I had alot of fun with Crash Bash, it being multiplayer (and also pretty damn hard for a kid's game).

Oh, man. The pinball rounds still are hard as hell. I popped in Crash Bash the other day out of nostalgia and I have no idea how 13-year-old me was able to beat the game solo.

Yeah, that was the first Crash game I wasn’t determined to beat completely (200% in this case). It. Just. Drove. Me. Nuts.

As did the ugly models, stupid voices and sluggish controls they used. Still quite fun, though. Music kept Mutato Muzika’s style up well.

I adore the games I've played with the fuzzy thing. But I haven't played one since the first one on the xbox.

PS1 3D games look awful by today's standards. Who can honestly say they play FF7 on their PS1 and enjoy it?!

Look, I'm not having a go at you, but you must be told. People have this attitude towards you because of how you behave online. I'm sure you're a little better in reality, but you really must try.

For a start, the dodgy grammar and excessive amount of punctuation doesn't help. Use proper grammar if you can, believe me, your posts will look much better. We aren't on mobile phones here. We don't need to pay or kill our thumbs writing in full sentences. Hell, it's even faster than writing with a pen.

And some of the things you come out with does sound a little foolish. I won't bother giving any examples, but just think twice before you post. Believe me, some of the things I have posted is terribly idiotic, even when I have thought twice about it, and God knows how many times I've decided against posting.

Anyway, I may as well contribute to the topic while I am here.
Crash Bandicoot isn't too bad. I don't mind the first three. I haven't played the others, I'd only pick them up if I really had nothing to do.

I hope you fall into a pit of rusty nails that have been covered in acid.

I loved Crash 1-3 and CTR. I enjoyed Crash Bash and thought Wrath of Cortex and Nitro Kart were alright, but for no specific reason I never got any of the later games after that.

They were bloody brilliant when they first came out, and I still love playing them today. And who the fucking hell cares about graphics in FF7 when you have such an awesome game behind them?

Jeez, I really do hate it when people don't realise graphics don't make great games, it's the gameplay that matters.

I loved Crash 1 and 2, rented 3 once, didn't think much to it. Crash is one of those PS1 games you HAVE to have.

I played the first 5 on the original PlayStation. I started with Crash Bash, but never finished it. Then, it was the first 3, which I liked best, because they were adventure games. I didn't play the 5th game much, because I used to not like racing games, and now I don't have it. And crashpunk, if you are a real Crash fan, you should like all the games no matter what. Even the Wii ones.

I'm not a huge crash fan, it was my very first game even before Oddworld. I don't like the Wii ones as they seem to be lacking the magic of the PS1 ones
