I have completed the Abe's Exodus demo. What a great taste it is but I noticed a few screenshots at the end. The screens were in a much higher resolution then the demo itself.
The Scrab's and Mudokon's were very defined, and the detail could be clearly seen.

Is Abe's Exodus beter quality in terms of graphics than Abe's Oddyssee and are the screen resolutions adjustable?

Yes, for AE you have the choise:
Abe Exoddus
Abe Exoddus Fast
Abe Exoddus Very Fast

And I think that the AE are best qualiti then AO :p
