I need some help

Hello everyone, I rally need some help with trying to fix the problems i've been having with Abe's Oddysee for the PC. The PC i'm running it on is fairly decent and it shouldn't have any problems yet the first problem I witness is when I finished the Stockyard Escape and others did arise but I fortunatly got through but now one seems to have an increased worry now and this is the result of an area i'm trying to get through without it always having to fail and give the same error everytime: http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/904/19198502pt2.jpg http://img521.imageshack.us/img521/2209/69092118dc7.jpg I tried switching the exe to 95 and even 98/ME compatibility option but everytime it's set to any one of both of those choices it always fails to start up when I run the exe file to start Abe's Oddysee yet to other option work but they are really not intended to be for programs like Abe's Oddysee and the two other compatibility select options are Windows NT 4.0 (Service Pack 5) and Windows 2000. The PC i'm running is Windows XP and the Abe's Oddysee program i'm running is by a disc I have left from when it used to be for sale long ago in stores like Best Buy. This is the area i'm trying to get through yet I never seen it mix other graphics before which is obviously a bad news point: http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/7528/27880035oy1.jpg I would greatly appreciate anyone who knows a way to remedy a problem like this.

Sincerely,

Decoder Abe :)

EDIT: For some strange reason this keeps on happening but sometimes when I olay the program later it somehow fixes the error and now it seems fixed but it still had an error, no mistake about that at all. wierd. :/

Things like that often happen when a disc is scratched or damaged in some way. Gently clean the disc with a soft cloth and try again.
