You need to upload the signature and then press 'insert signature picture'

I did, the picture is 235 (or so) X 100 and 6.5KB.

I remember getting an infraction for having an obnoxious (and obstructive) Sig back in the day, could my privileges to it just have never been updated so I could?

This is possible, but using the Admin CP I haven’t yet found any option to change it. Why don’t you email me or link me to the image and I can sort it out for now. We’ll find the cause of the problem in time.

That’s already set as your sigpic, and it shows up fine when I put the [sigpic][/sigpic] tags in your signature.
