Well, Hobo is the Off-Topic mod, right? Then how is he able to moderate EVERY thread?

1) He is not able to perform moderator actions on any thread anywhere, only in Off-Topic and its sub-forums.
2) This forum is for gameplay and technical help with the Oddworld games, not asking nonsensical questions.
