Don't worry, nobody would hack your account. Nobody would bother to damage your reputation any more than you already have yourself.

Try changing your password, usually helps.

How would you know whether it says you're online or not, obviously if you're online and able to see it, it will say you're online...

It also takes a good half an hour for the cookies or whatever hyper-techno-jiggle-watt-mathingy to fully log you out.

TBH if someone was going to hack your account, they'd do more than read the forums.

Yes, Who’s Online can act under the pretence that you’re still online long after you’ve shut down all instances of OWF. I’m guessing this is because, while vBulletin has an easy way of checking what an online member is doing, it can’t actually see that a member isn’t online. It just assumes you’re offline if you don’t do anything in quarter of an hour.

Now stop being so paranoid.

What's your point? That list shows the newest member irrespective of whether they're logged in or not.

In any case, I don't know why you're complaining about us blocking the GTR account. If your brother hates Oddworld so much, you should be glad that we blocked him before he could attack these forums.

Lol, this thread kind of proves that MeechS1029 GTR is a multi of the origonal MS1029. Why else would anyone be paranoid about their online status?

No, it doesn't. I just wasn't logged in. And sometimes, I thought that someone here who hates me made this account on purpose, so I also thought he might've hacked into my account. It turned out to be my brother.

As soon as I saw the name of this thread I thought 'MeechShrykull'. It really made me laugh when I turned out to be right.

But you don't need to worry about anything until you get an email saying someone's tried to log into your acount. That happened to me once and I was paranoid for about a week *shifty eyes*.

No, what’s worse is if you don’t get that email because someone successfully logged into your account and started mucking about. Then the fun begins.
