Mass Effect
I want to ask a few things about this game mass effect that is just out of the PC. What is the difference? I have this game for the xbox and already find it very good. I have also got the download content for it. It annoys me when Bioware do this. As they did it with Jade Empire and being the storyline is the same. I wont buy it unless proven otherwise. Jade Empire shown me that.
Back to moaning, so you can play pc controls, become god mode, infinite ammo, mods, doesnt that spoil the whole concepts of playing. Sigh...i guess to the seller is making a lot of money, and for us it is getting close to real life as possible. Because xbox version you cant do any of those :( anyways...It is what modders do. Next thing you know in mass effect you can jump >.< So give your views :) Is this pc version worth buying? Did you cheat your ass off? Those who got it. How is it? New gen game how it different? |
I'd say no, it has good graphics, better if you have a good computer, the mini game apparently is annoying, and the new item system is hardly a change, the hud and controls are nice, but personally I prefer the xbox's.
I only have ME for the 360, but I was also considering getting it for the PC, so I did some research. If anyone here doesn't have either version though, I do recomend the game, it's not perfect, and some non RPG fans may dislike it, but it is a great game. |
The main difference is that you have the option to pause time in the PC version

It's really cool, get it for the 360. You'll need the best of the best computer to run this game, and if you don't have one, don't get it for PC. If you do, go ahead dude.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I have it for 360 and plan not to get it for the PC. If there just a similar story line then not much point. I have completed the game and can't wait to read the book coming out in July I think. Can't remember. It called Ascension. Woo. It is the prequel to the next game.
Pause time? You can pause the game in the xbox 360 too. Is that pausing using the tide (~) key? |
