How do I get the M's to the levers? I can't seem to get them to the upper level.

you need to dump your modukons in the travel well that will pop them to the top level then you work your way down with them

It seems this Sloghut level gives people the most trouble as 80% of the questions here are about that...

Use the crane to set the M's to the top level. My problem is getting 6 M's through the gauntlet alive. I've managed to kill all the Slogs, but those guys with guns are a real pain. Anyone know the secret?
