GamePad help in AE
 

Hey all, im using a wii mote + classic controller which is connected to my pc as a game pad and ppjoy. in the windows game controller settings all the button presses are detected and everything works fine, however in Abe's Exoddus when configuring the game pad the button presses register however when i try to change some buttons and assign the right shoulder button to 'run' instead of sayin like B8 it goes blank? and also when i go in game the dpad doesnt work and abe walks to the left on his own without me pressing anything :S can anyone help me please?

umm, this could be an incompatability issue with the game itself, being an older title, it may not support all joysticks, especially the newer ones.

even though you have the software to control the Wii remote on your PC, the game probably doesnt support it.

tried a ps3 pad and a normal ps2 style pc game pad and the same result.. whats up with it???

Then im guessing AE doesnt support many kind of joypads or joysticks
