Ok, you're talking about the first Bonewerkz secret area, which have three screens, BWP07C19, BWP07C20 and BWP07C21.

there is no lever to be pulled by a slig in the BWP07C20 screen, but there are two lever to be pulled in the next one, BWP07C21

What you have to do:

You have to use the -SNEAK- and -RUN- features of Abe to get through the first two screens.

In screen BWP07C21, you have to quickly step the first teleporter, to be transported to the upper ledge, then run left to step the second teleporter, transporting Abe to the background ledge, safe from the two sligs.
Now, chant to possess and explode one of these sligs.
Chant to possess the second slig.
Use him to pull the teletransporter lever (its the same button that makes Abe pull levers), bringing him to the background where Abe is chanting.
Using the slig, go left into screen BWP07C20.

In screen BWP07C20, kill the two foreground sligs(hint: use a single shot, to avoid killing the sad mudokons)
to kill a slig in the foreground, hold the -DOWN- button, then hit the -FIRE- button.

That's it! Explode this slig, and now you only have to worry about the remaining slig in the background. Just wait until he is facing left, to talk to the mudokons.
