I'm getting a pay-rise less than three weeks into my new job, which makes that the second time I've stunned and astounded my employers :p This one was a little late however, last time I got it within a week.

I'm in charge of all lead gathering in the company i work for, now. What makes it really nice is that I had two people above me. The top one was fired and they gave me his job over the other person who was in line for it. Take that you lazy bastards.
