can any one please post a program that can dub sounds in oddworld abe's oddysee and/or abe's exoddus?
you can post it if it even dubs movies only.
i want to dub abe's oddysee and/or abe's exoddus cause i am egyptian and some of my friends and relatives are weak in english.

Is it even legal to dub something that isn't yours? Sorry if I'm wrong.

Pinnacle Studio. It's not cheap but you can find some cheaper editing studios if you wish. Windows Movie maker comes with windows I think. You could do it through that.

Try with NanDub.

I think NanDub is one of the best programs for dubbing. You can also codec a movie, cut and modify it. LOL!
