I have just recieved an email from Matt Lee and he has informed me that oddworld inhabitanits is working on FOUR, yes FOUR projects at the moment, and i was just wondering if anybody knows of anything in the pipeline. There is nothing i can think of except cs. Any ideas ?

Citizen Siege, the Abe's Oddysee movie, the Citizen Siege game and Wage Wars (if those last two are not the same thing).

Probably something for tv also, as Lorne has been hinting about that for a while.

A film production would be great! I am going to look into this more see what I can dig out

The TV series is some kind of episodic machinima.

Also, it’s very good to know Matt Lee is back responding to fan emails.

It be kinda cool if there was a tv series cause everthing on tv sucks now IMO. =_=

HELL YES! Videogame tv makes a comeback! I just hope it's on a baisic cable channel, because if it ends up on g4, then i'm screwed.

But yeah, FOUR projects at once? No wonder we haven't heard anything from them for several years...

The end product should be amazing considering all the time and effort going into it. AWESOMENESS. In the sense that I stare in awe at it when it's finished, and then propmtly pass out.

My understanding is that the huge amount of time we’ve been waiting for anything new is largely down to Lorne and Sherry setting up their new content creation hub, and their sort of system of outsourcing actual development to external teams. At the same time they’ve been working on pre‐production of the new projects (e.g. the conceptual paintings for the Oddworld film that we’ve seen, testing the real‐time engines that will power the machinima series). There’s also been a lot of lag as Lorne has been trying to do things in a certain order t maximize his creative control (e.g. waiting until the CS film has secured its marketing dollars before pitching the CS games to studios).

Excuse me but will "Abe's Exoddus - the movie" be showed to us?

That depends; do you mean the short film that OWI put together from the FMVs of AE or a feature film based on the events of AE?

If the former, Xavier is working on it. If the latter, it is generally assumed that the themes of AE will be included in the film of AO.

Of course! The very day Xav pulls his finger out! :p

The film will include the Cell Condo Silo, right?

The final outcome of any of the current projects aren't certain, but what is certain, is that if the 'condo' is included, it will only be in the Oddworld Films.

Xav has his finger pulled out to study hard. The video will appear online the very day Xav puts his finger back in and restarts wasting his time with online blah. :p

Anyway it's true a new site should be very nice indeed but I guess it's still a few months too soon.

Sounds great, lets just hope OI isn't biting off more than they can chew.
