what is the best "next-gen" games console?
 

this is my first thread in a while and first poll.
this might be just down to self-opinion for some who do or dont have one of these,but what do you think is the best one out of them?

obviously as i am a 360 owner im would pick that as thats the one iv got and dont have the others to experiance.

The 360 seems to be the fav around these parts, I only know one guy with a PS3 and hes selling it.. This is how it was years back with the N64 and PS1 though.

PC, you can play any game from the other consoles on it.

Has to be X-box.

You're right. But if you play a good X-box's game with a crappy PC you can't play it as well as with X-box. X-box 360 must not be improved. Its software is updated with Internet automatically.

What about console excusive stuff like MO ;)? Maybe you can emulate an xbox now but its WAY more expensive to buy a pc that has enough power to do that.
And emulating an xbox360 exclusive game? Not possible now, and won't be for a while, unless you some how have a perfect 360 emulator and the worlds best supercomputer to run it..

It depends on what you want out of it, since they have differing appeals. The "best" can only be subjective and therefore the outcome will be based upon nothing more than this sample's personal preference. And I don't need to tell anybody that their personal preference will not be based upon objective and fair comparison.

I other words, expect 360 to win 'round these parts, and PS3 to come in last.

I'd say the 360. Has a lot of features, good games, good graphics, and you can almost use it as a PC. The PS3 is trying to copy it, and they're failing big time. The Wii is great for the Wii remote, although the available games and console features are pretty limited.

The Wii library should have a game like Okami in it, or maybe Super MArio Sunshine 2: Revenge of the shit paint.

Microsoft got it right. Their system is fairly affordable with impressive hardware and an online service that far exceeds the PS3 or Wii. However, you have to pay for that service and I have a hell of a lot more fun with my Wii than I do my 360.

I'm tied between 360 and the wii. Though I only own the latter, I have some good fun whenever I get my hands on my brother's 360 (Which is in college >_>).

my brother owns a wii and i have to admit,they are pretty fun.but i still think the 360 is the best out of them.the wii i think are more for families to play with.

PS3, my 360 got the red ring... of death

360, simply because I bought it, and it looks at me with its singular eye.
