Invincibility Code In Abe's Exoddus
 

I need some help REALLY bad. In Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus, I put in a code that went a little something like this:

"During gameplay hold R1 and press Circle, Triangle, Square, X, Down, Down, Down, Circle, Triangle, Square, X"

And so I put in this invincibility code to get through one tough part, I memory card saved my game. And when I started playing again, the code was still on! And I do not want it on still! Is there any possible way I can remove the code without having to start all over again. Any help/suggestions are strongly appreciated.

If I remember well you have to press the code again and Abe will back normal.

I did try that. But it didn't do a thing, Abe was still invincible! Thanks for the suggestion though.

I do not need assistance getting through the actual area I'm on (Thanks anyways), but I'm early in the game. In those vaults after the mines, with the Scrabs. I just want to play it fairly, but the invincibility code takes the fun out of it.

So you can try to pass that area without using the cheat.

if your pretty early on in the game,why dont you just start the game again.i think it might be your only way out,as i think if you saved your game with the code active,it will remain on there

Uhh, I just got all those Muds in the mines. It took me forever...

And why do you only have ONE save for the whole game? Restart path dosent do anything either?

But if you are still invincible, you just can don't apply the cheat. Play the game without going on mines, saws and without be killed by Sligs or Slogs, so it would be as normal as without the cheat.

yes but then the game would lack any difficulty or challenges,so it wouldnt be any fun.

I figured out how to do it (Get the cheat gone) last night! I was being stupid and got into this little area with a Scrab. Then I did the button combination for the cheat
during the GAMEPLAY and not paused. Believe or not, after all of this, the Scrab
killed me. I tried again to make sure I was really non-invincible, the Scrab nailed
it to Abe again!

I did before...
