Maybe the host of the website (V Bulleten) rebooted there website and caused dates to muck up?

The date is stored in the forums SQL database, prob got screwed in an update is my guess :s
Since that date is the EPOCH time start.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_time
