Atari = Infogrames = the ones who bought GT Interactive

They are only the publishers guys, not the developers

Yep. Xavier's right. The publishers design the last parts, Disk cover, jewel case etc. Am i right?

The publishers fund the game’s development and distribute the final product. In the mean time, they’re also responsible for regionalization (making the game available for foreign‐language audiences), marketing, and basically as much meddling as they can get done. :)
