Are infractions unfair? Part II The Helping Of Others
Simply a continuation of my previous thread, 'are infractions unfair', we ended up having several other users of the forums declaring the Mods were sometimes unnescecerily cruel.
I am not wishing to insult any of the mods as i respect them all, and yes this is the truth, and at times it may not seem like this, but i do have the upmost respect for them, and this thread is simply to see if others can be helped by suggesting ways that the mods could differ their actions. I AM NOT SAYING THAT YOUR WAYS ARE BAD ALL MODS OUT THERE, i am simply asking for suggestions to help for in the future for others. The thread i made complaining about infractions was relativley big, and i think it was a waste of time, so here it is, the non-waste-of-time thread to help others for the future. Suggestion time. Or if it goes down wrong, closing time. :p |

Yes Hobo, i know this already, and so do many others. As i said, this is not a complaint, this is to help others with their OWF troubles by letting others suggest suggestions. And, as i also said, This is not a dammening towards mods, especially ones as grand as yourself, hobo :p

I think infractions are fair: spamming must be punished and insults too, ect. Yes, they are very fair, but someone sometimes exaggerates... ;).

The last thread was a waste of time, so you thought you’d make us go through it all over again? Did the last version of this prestigious topic actually amount to anything?

Some of the newbies post something completely out of space and stupid, one of the mods joke around by calling them a name, and they take massive offence and start getting infractions. So yeah, infractions are fair and if you get one you deserve it.

This thread is a pile of tosh. Alf's brother's mate, your first post has precisely 0.00% content in it; you've effectively said "I think the mods are doing a good job and aren't making any mistakes. However, we should give them suggestions, only I can't think of any to give myself". Be thankful I haven't given you an infraction for spam.
