in the Italian version of AE there are some leds with a strange word: the "Vixinex" Labs, but that isn't in any description and I think nobody can't find it.

wow, I really would like to see a screenshot of that :)

I really want to show you one but I don't have AE for PC and I don't know how to make a screeshot using my PS1. Have anyone a solution?

Plug the console into the back of the PC and play it on its video playback function from external hardware. I got many screen shots from PlayStation games on my old computer in this way.

You would need a video capture card for that. Not many people do.

Bullet Magnet 11-10-2007 04:50 PM

Really? I just used the Apple Video software that came default with the machine.

Thank you, but how can I plug the PlayStation with the PC? Do I need cable for do it? Or similar things?

What do you mean for card?

Wil 11-11-2007 04:48 AM

Yes, how have you plugged your PS into your PC? The PS doesn’t come with any suitable connectors.

Bullet Magnet 11-11-2007 05:34 AM

The red, yellow and white plugs are the AV cable, right? There were appropriate sockets on the back of the computer.

Nate 11-11-2007 02:19 PM

But not all computers have that, BM. Very few do.

abe is now!, you have to purchase a video capture device. That can either be a card that you slot into your computer (like a sound card or graphics card) or something that you plug in to a USB port. It will take the video output from the PS and convert it to video or image files on the computer.

Ok so this is something that I've been wanting to do for a while now but haven't been able to get around to it. Ok I have a digital kodak camera and this program called "movie maker" and I was wondering if any of you guys ever heard of movie maker and could help me out. I've been wanting to make an AO video with so music. I have the music part down but I can't seem to get the videos on their..pictures work though. Help? :fuzblink:

Friendly Slig 11-12-2007 04:32 AM

I have a movie maker, I'll see if I can help you :)
Look at this picture:

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Import any video, then drag it the timeline Video (if the video has sound in it, there will be Audio it it too) right click -> mute, this should remove the sound from the movie
Now just choose the music you want, 'import into Collections' then drag it in Audio/Music

Does this help?

And using the cable that Bullet Magnet mentioned? I have a new and update PC and I think I can connect it with the PC. What do you think about it?

Havoc 11-12-2007 11:08 AM

To create a decent video capture you need a) A TV Capture card. Meaning a TV card or video card with a TV-In connector. And b) Software to capture the stuff you're doing on your TV.

You'll also need cables and the knowledge on how to do all this.

moxco 11-12-2007 11:22 AM

I always wondered if you could just press a button on the keyboard or somthing. Simmilar to 'Print Screen'.

Havoc 11-12-2007 12:01 PM

That will only capture whatever is on your monitor at the time, at the resolution the monitor is on at that time.

OddYouko 11-18-2007 01:29 PM

I didn't know I had to have all that..thanks anyway. ^_^

OddYouko 11-25-2007 09:58 AM

Yes, if you have Windows XP, open Windows Movie Maker, then put the movie and the music track (if you have in your computer). ;)

OddYouko 11-30-2007 08:31 AM

I'll just with making a video with OW pictures and music.

abe is now! 11-30-2007 09:16 AM

I know an Italian guy who captured all the AO's and AE's movies with a programma for PC that can capture the movies of PSX: if you want to know it, I can write its name.

OddYouko 11-30-2007 02:38 PM
