Hm. I doubt a mod would hack a member.

I haven't been getting any errors. Partly because I'm not on the forums long.

Stop being such a juvenile pillock. I'm a SMOD here, if I wanted to get rid of you I'd bloody ban you, it's been tempting today i tell you

moxco 11-01-2007 10:40 PM

But it doesn't shows anymore.

So it goes away? Good, it was pissing me off near as bad as Alienmagi pisses Hobo off.

Hobo 11-02-2007 01:00 AM

Carnix, shut the fuck up, if you want to start a goddamn flame war, bring it. But leave it out of irrelevant threads you little turd. Your post is just a way of throwing yet more pathetic abuse at me. And guess who's getting an infraction. You are!

I am still getting the error thrown at me. Peter, fix it.

Salamander 11-02-2007 01:51 AM

This has never happened to me, but I do get a lot of "Invalid Link" crap when I try to access blogs.

abe is now! 11-02-2007 02:01 AM

I got the same. I can't quote everytimes and the error blocks me before enter in the Forum. Does anyone know the real prblem?

Wil 11-02-2007 03:37 AM

I just started getting this error today. How irritating.

AlienMagi 11-02-2007 04:24 AM

Damn!!!After this errors I can't see some people's avatars and sigpics...I don't know why...Am I the only one?

God damnit I get theese errors again!!!
Its annoying I can't stand it.But It happned just on Oddworldforums.Other webpages are okay. Can some MOD check it?

Slig 7665 11-02-2007 05:03 AM

Same things happening to me sometimes I can't see pics and stuff sometimes I can't see the backround and sometimes that nasty message come up it make me sad.

Wil 11-02-2007 05:46 AM

Hmmm, now avatars and sigpics seem fine to me, but other images, like the OWF banner, thread icons, and those in the message composition window, are playing up like crazy right now. Just a thought, is this anything to do with having to recache the forums because of Jordan’s name altercation?

Hobo 11-02-2007 06:41 AM

I am missing several images and getting text links instead.

Laser 11-02-2007 08:34 AM

its fucking me right off because of all the errors and no sig pics

Alcar 11-02-2007 08:42 AM

I'm getting it sporadically too. Can't say I know what's causing it, nothing in the backend has been changed in the past two weeks.

I've contacted support, hopefully they'll have enlightened answers.

So it goes away? Good, it was pissing me off near as bad as you do Hobo.

If you are being warned and pestered by Hobo, it means you are doing something wrong. Listen to what he says and act accordingly in the future. Getting members into line is something done to make discussion on the OWF more enjoyable for everyone.

Jordan 11-02-2007 08:56 AM

If it's my name, I'm sorry people.

abe is now! 11-02-2007 10:29 AM

I am using the forum well. I am not finding it again.

Alcar 11-02-2007 08:10 PM

It wasn't your name Jordan.

Support quickly realised that Apache was limiting IP connections, due to previous stale connections. This has been rectified, so the errors should no longer persist.

Thank you dude!

moxco 11-05-2007 11:12 AM

I've got this anoying problem and I can't be stuffed to make a new thread.

The first time I logged into OWF I selected 'remember me' and it did remember me until just a couple of months ago. I've changed my browser to accept all cookies, but it dosn't make a difference.

Help please!

I didn't understand you very well, but if are you finding the problem that Havoc posted, you can delete the cronology with the Temporary Internet Files and the Cookies and then using the Forum returning to previous pages using the left arrow and not the links. I used this tip and now I don't find the problem.

AlienMagi 11-05-2007 12:02 PM

Okay it didn't happned again...
But I have 1 simple question:You see Hobo had to edit my posts because I did double post.I would fix it myself but I don't know how do I delete my post...Can you guys tell me?

You can't. Only moderators can, because we don't trust you to not mess up threads.

If you don't understand don't post an answer. You're talking about completely the wrong thing.

Nate 11-05-2007 04:47 PM

Actually, he could be right. If Moxco deletes his browser's cache it and accesses OWF a'fresh it may solve his problem.

Hobo 11-06-2007 11:18 AM

True, but Abeisnow was posting a reply based on the assumption Moxco had the same error as Havoc mentioned. Which he didn't.

abe is now! 11-06-2007 11:51 AM

Excuse me, Hobo. I thought the problem was the same, so I suggested to him what I have done for resolve it.

Hobo 11-06-2007 12:37 PM

I have no idea what you're trying to say.

But good luck with that :tard:
