Plus space for new fans.

OWF is a very good forum, but there is the tenedency to snub the newest fans: there are not much involvements for them, their threads are often closed by moderators and the moderators are always strict with them.
I ask to mods if there is an opportunity for the new fans to be involved into new threads, blogs and discussions. I saw in the members list that much fan left the forum, perhaps because they weren't contents to be in it.
I ask to moderators if they can help more (because there are much threads open now for help) the new fans.

And please don't close immediately this thread, I don't want to accuse nobody.

As with many online forums, we have those people who register, but then never return. Sad fact of forum life.

Now, new members have every right to join in discussions, but we do stipulate that you post intelligently and on-topic. If new members want to spam and act like idiots then they will soon find out how much we dislike such behaviour.

Any new member needs to adjust a little when they first sign up. We always welcome new members but there's always the matter of fitting in and getting to know people. This takes time but when done correctly it will happen eventualy. Many of us have been here for over 5 years, a large group of friends and that can be a little intimidating of course but nothing you should worry about. Just have fun around here and you'll fit in sooner or later.

New members are given the most lenience of all, on account of their not being familiar with the established ettiquette and attitudes of more regular and long‐standing members. It’s only after repeatedly ignoring advice and requests to start acting less disruptively that new members are reprimanded by moderators more properly.

I agree with you. I think you are right. When I enrolled me in the forum I left it (in January) and then I returned in September. I've understood you do all you can for involve new fans as Alcar sent me a message when I was new. Thank you.
