I have gotten the bell pattern and lit the torch, but I can't find the chimes. The Sinjin walkthrough says I go back to the far left and up on the ledge to escape the scrab, into the well, climb back up to ring the chimes, but nothing happens when I chant. On the screen where there is a lever on a pedestal that fixes the well down below, I can see to the upper left debris falling down indicating a hoist up point, but I can't reach that area. I miss my Elum!

Thanks for any help you can give.

This particular door is hard to figure out the first time you try it.

Wells work in a diferent way if you jump from different places. After you pull the lever to fix the leftmost well (you will see some leaves coming out of it) you need to jump into it to reach the upmost screen. But, if you jump from the ledge, Abe's going to be tossed to the right. You have to fall of the ledge, approach the well, and then jump into it, Abe's going to tbe tossed to the left. That's it!

Thanks again. That's a great tip about how wells work differently from different entry points -- I kind of noticed that somewhere back in Scrabania but I thought it was just a quirk. Didn't occur to me that I would need to use that some day. :)
