Not quite sure whether this is really about the Oddworld we know...

That's really weird. I've seen some other oddworld forums also by accidentally stumbling on to them. I think the same happened to Paramite of War a while back and he made a thread about it. But I don't see how this can be about the Oddworld 'we know' because the pic on the index looks like somethin straight outta The Elder Scrolls or something like that. Although I noticed something there about Zulag 1 so that confuses me a lot. Maybe someone else knows what this is about....?

This is old news. There was a thread about this only a month or so ago.

The deal is that it's the site of some guy who thought that it would be a good idea to create a competing forum but then never actually put it together into a complete, coherent site.

I think he's actually a member here but I forget who.

got to love all the "under construction" websites out there.. people should just upload the site when its done :/

A simple fan site, and the banner's probably an option in the forum editor of this page, one of my friend had the same forum design, with the Elder Scroll character and all. :P
