For some strange reason my most count went down about 70 odd places.

Maybe they were (not to assume) double posts in your early days here, I know I did that.

Well, I am not saying ALL of them were, and I really don't know, I am not a mod or an admin or anything of the sort.

Mods (bless them), knowing that many newer members (or 'Noobs') are obsessed with post counts, regularly knock these newer members' post counts down in an attempt to stop newer members having more posts than members who are actually respected. Needless to say, Noobs find the loss of many posts traumatic, and simply cannot bear posting any more, for the fear of losing their precious posts.

So that means that i'm one of the lesser respected people with a high post count of 310 before the picture wars was necrumed?
Also i don't really care about my post count i was just curious

The OWF have never taken kindly to members we perceive as 'spammers'. It's a quality over quantity issue. As long as you reply intellectually to a thread, you will generally garner more respect quicker.

And yes, we often like to move the larger spammier thread into Necrum just to see the post counts drop like flies :p

Because we're wierd like that :D. Odd is as odd does.

Why? Post count doesn't matter as Alcar nicely stated already. Simple story since it's already been told and anything I say will just be a rehash with a different style; QUALITY OVER QUANTITY.

Most members here highly appreciate one or many that will help deliberate or participate in some form of intellectual discussion, debate, or even heated arguments. cheers! :)
