My speakers or is this normal?

I've Played the PS Version in mudomo vaults, and i play it in the pc version and the music sounds like shiz, like more horrific, different,

is this a problem or is it supposed to be?

The music if different. It’s just how it is. Something to do with the way sounds were ported to the PC version. Some of the sound just turned out horrid.
