Sprites? Anyone? No?
I no y i want oddworld sprites as much as i no y i always rite like tis, ter next 2 usless 2 me but 4 sum reeson or other i really want them.
Congrats to Arxryl 4 his sprites i really like them but im lookin 4 ripped origanal sprites. I'd do tem myself but i lost te disk 2 my game so if any1 nos wer i can get the game 4 free, plz say, ten i can rip te sprites and make a lot of peeps happy. sorry if Arxryl is a she sorry if u cant reed any ot tis no worrys bout game (i got it on ps now) |

Well, thank you! I am always glad to hear my work is appreciated! And yes I am a guy. But no, no one has succesfully ripped a complete Abe's Oddysee or Abe's Exoddus sprite sheet... I think it is due to the fact that the backgrounds, shading, and bits of 3-D rendering interfere with the singular Abe sprite, making it hard to single him out of the busy but beautiful background.

yer i no its dificult, i tried it on a demo i downloaded to see if i could do it and, i can.. sort of
it is posible its just time consuming and tedious o and i forgot to save your sprites so i went back to them and there gone... sort of (thought u ourt to know) |

Paul, in the '.lvl files' thread in the Oddworld Discussion section has so far ripped the backgrounds, and will eventually got on/is trying to rip the sprites at the moment, though obviously it's hardly easy at all.
