Depends on what you mean. Any instance where you have to use the keypad (naming your profile, naming items in Oblivion, etc), you can use this new little doohickey. But yeah, I don't think there are any in-game chat options yet.

Seriously? That's what MSN is for. Unless some independent developer comes up with a really innovative use for it (unlikely, or we would have seen it on PC already) then it's quite redundant.
