Okay, I've had a quick look around the forum and it seems I need to arm myself with some basic facts concerning getting all 300 mudokons.
So where is a good place to aquire this precious treasure?
ie: empty soulstorm bottles signify a secret passage.
OBTW I'm not looking for walkthroughs, that's nearly as pathetic as using 'god' mode in Q II for a single player game.

Ok, if you are not going to use walkthroughs, then follow this advices:

• when you see apile of green soulstrom bottles, look for a nearby secret. It's often behind a rock, or in the shadows, or in the corner of the screen. sometimes, the secret area access is in a nearby screen, not exactly in the same screen you found the bottles.
• Listen carefully to the background sounds: if you hear a walking slig, but you can't see him, it means that there is a secret place close to you.
• Every single mudokon can be rescued. So, if you are not getting to save a particular one, try another approach.
• Sligs can't see Abe in the shadows, and they can't hear Abe if he is sneaking. Use this...
• Never slap a Glukkon. This guy becomes histerical if you do that.
• Paramites love meat, slogs love bones. you can use bones to blow up mines.
• well, that's it, for now...
