How to get past the zapper?

I've run all over the place, flipping switches, thrown bombs at everything that might power it, but I can't shut it off. Tried, but can't find a way around it.

I'm hoping that you are talking about Abe's Oddysee.

And i think i know where you are, if im correct. So here:

If im correct then you'll be one screen to the right of an elevator in Rupture Farms. The electri wall cannot be turned off until you retutn to Rupture Farms near the end of the game.

All you can do now is proceed to the left screens, where you can do more stuff!

Also you are extremely near the Stockyards, hope you have a good time playing Oddworld, they are all good games
