Summer Festivals
 
So, anyone here going to a Summer Music Festival?

Wow I'm Jealous! Remember to see Korpiklaani at Graspop, they are SO awesome.

I want to go to Bloodstock, but it appears my funds can't cover it.

Am seeing Dream Theater though and that makes me awesome.

No festivals this year, (stretches and talks in a laid back voice) just Slayer and Children of Bodom in the marquee.

In all seriousness, I am ultimately depressed that I'm not going to Rock the Bells in NYC (RATM, Immortal Technique, Jedi Mind, various raptasticalities). Other than that, there's a huge free concert every Thursday in downtown Buffalo, so I'll probably be going to one of those, even though the bands aren't usually that great. Violent Femmes the 21st, though!

HOLY CRAP! Xavier, those are like the coolest festivals I've ever seen. I hope you know how lucky you are to live in that part of the world, where good music is actually appreciated.

Please make sure you see Pain of Salvation on the Friday at Graspop for me. I would kill to see them live, but I'm fairly sure I never will.
