Kill 'em all!
Alright. I'm just wondering if there is a guide to Black Quartma in Munch's Oddysee? And I'm not just talking about Bad Quarma, I want Black Quarma! It's just... really hard, even if you kill all the ones that you don't need to save to open doors and stuff, it's still just bad Quarma at the end of the game. ._.
Yes I know I'm an evil bitch. Get over it. |
It's easy.
Find the guide for saving them all, then kill them when you find them from the guide. |
:
I've already tried that, numerous times. And Bad Quarma ensues. But not Black Quarma. Also, there have been a few occasions when I couldn't kill them or save them. For example, on the third-last level, there are some fuzzles. The ones that survive the attack on the two armoured Big Bros, how you kill them? You can't push them into the water, you can't get Munch to zap them, you can't get Abe to beat them (well you can, but they don't die), there aren't any mines you can run them into... *sigh* |
It took me ages to work it out. Essentially you have to lead them to the big bros one at a time to reduce their power and give the sligs a chance to kill them.
I get them to fight the Big Bros all at once, then use Munch to repeatedly get their attention. They can’t fight while they’re squeaking ‘Hello’ at him.
Those aren't bad ideas... *tries to think of another example* I can imagine amusing moments with your one, Max. :D
"Hello!" *whap* "Hello!" *whap* "Hello!" |
AHAHAHAH GOOD ONE..good one. :D
btw, if it's possible, is there a link to kill all mudokons, IN AE? |
It's really very easy to do in AE. Only save the ones that you need to open doors mainly early one, then just slap them to death, make a big fight, shoot 'em, whatever...very easy.
Can't you just posess the sligs to shoot up your fuzzles 'n' muds?
There aren't sligs in every level. And there are no fuzzles at all in AE...

Well, I was refering to Marvarks post since he created the topic and asked the question.
Ahhh... That's when a quote comes in handy. Or at least a note to tell who you're directing your post to.

*wonders why she gets cofused for a boy so often* |
marvak, maybe because your avator is not female-ish. Neither da signature i think.
Plus, I don't have MO, but I do know two endings. Which by the way, when I first saw the bad ending, i was closing my eyes for when the vykker was gonna chop off Munch's lungs. .,. |

Hm. For black Quarma, you are remembering to kill all the natives at least once each as well, right? (You can ressurect them after killing them once with no effect on quarma)
:
And you know that if any are dead at the start, you have to kill them again once too, right?
Yup. If I have to revive a Mud, I kill them again after I do the task I need them for. Same with Scrubs and Fuzzles.
Are you sure? I thought that only worker muds counted to Quarma.
Natives count to bad Quarma if you kill them :p
If you kill a mud once and then revive it, you don't have to kill it again. But if it's already dead at the start, you have to revive it once.
The only Mud that's dead at the start fo a level is in the Spooceshrub Forest, and you have to revive him anyway, so... yeah... *shrugs*

No, there's at least one other...
There’s a dead Mudokon at the start of the Meep Herder Village.
^ That's it.
