i was wondering when the site will be up and running it has been saying coming soon for a while now and iv noticed it was from 2005 (i think)

so are they just gunna leave it or they still under construction?

They are concentrating on the films right now. Until they have anything, anything at all, they want to divulge to us, there is no point in the site being developed.

and you can see from the home page it has the logo in a movie strip you use in movies

You would think that they would at least release a few screen shots or something. It has been ages since any news. Heck do we know if they have even started or even have a prodution company making this film yet?

You can look at the last 10 years site i think thats what its called its ok till they get the new site up and running

Definately Lorne Lanning directing it I would say. That's why I never trust wikipedia for information that hasn't been released elsewhere by and official source.

Ah its just like any other big project. we most likely won't until closer to release. They are most likely in story board production art phase right now. Give it time, these sorts of project don't come over night. It takes three years just to make great motion picture. So who knows.

Last official word we got is that the movie is in "active development".

I checked the Oddworld site, and it's been down lately, on the page it announces there's a new movie it said: "Page cannot be displayed." for about an hour, and now the picture has gone. Are OWI updating it?

just a thought though, even though OWI have gone into the movie business, how comes they closed the site around a year ago surely it would've been better if they closed the site when they were sure what the new site would look like.... just a thought.

I guess things don't always work out the way someone wants them to work out.

They closed the site because there was no one to work on it.
